Fontana Village Inn - Lake Geneva

It was a quiet stay which is what we wanted. The room was comfortable and clean. Whatever amenities we needed they were provided. Friendly staff.

I reserved 2 rooms and they told me that they only made the reservation for 1 room and it was Booked.net who messed up

The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a downtown area, near many activities, and the waterfront and restaurants. I had premium room that also was complete with jetted tub and a comfortable bed, for example...

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

A nice place to stay....perfectly clean.... I have high allergies and cannot stay at the family house at Geneva Lake....I Now have a place a mile away from our cottage to spend quality time with my family.

Plus, I loved relaxing by the fire pit at night and soaking in the hot tub during the day. The only downside was that the wi-fi was a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin my experience 🌟

The king bed was comfortable, and having a mini refrigerator and microwave in the Luxury King Room was a great convenience. Parking right outside the room made unloading luggage hassle-free. Unfortunately, I encountered significant customer service issues when trying to cancel my reservation. The staff was unhelpful and unsympathetic to my situation regarding a family emergency.

I appreciated the well-kept grounds and easy access to my room. The cozy atmosphere of the Fontana Village Inn.

Staying here with my family was hella fun! We loved taking a cruise on Lake Geneva-it was relaxing and offered fine views of the beautiful shoreline. The kids had a wonderful time splashing around in the pool after our adventures.

In my wife's opinion, the food options were a bit limited for families with kids.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Premium Two Double Beds room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness was spot on. The location offered easy access to activities.
